With men on second and third and no out, Josh McAdams singled to center scoring Roberts and put men on the corners with no outs. Rich Donnelly then elected to bring in Cristian Chivilli who retired the first batter he faced, but Juan Romero singled to center scoring Robel and moving McAdams to second. With two outs and two on, Joel Mejia singled left scoring McAdams, giving the Scrappers a 5-1 advantage.
