Cyclones fans can come to the ballpark every night knowing they will see the stars of tomorrow on the field...but usually they assume those stars will be playing baseball. However that's not always the case. Pia Toscano, who has established herself as one of the favorites to win the American Idol's Season 10 crown, grew up in Howard Beach and started performing at MCU Park in 2003, culminating with her performance of the "Star Spangled Banner" and "God Bless America" during Game Two of the New York-Penn League Finals. The 22-year-old who graduated from LaGuardia High School also performed on Coney Island in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Be sure to follow Pia's progress on American Idol and Cyclones fans should make sure to vote for one of their own following each Wednesday's show!
