- So...are the Cyclones playing this season?
On July 1, 2020 it was officially announced that there will be no MiLB season in 2020 due to concerns for player, staff and fan safety.
- That stinks. Can we still come to the ballpark to see fireworks? Or have a catch on the field? Socially distanced of course...
We currently don't have any plans to open the ballpark to the public. MCU Park will be used as the Alternate Training Facility for the New York Mets, so we need to limit exposure to the general public in order to keep the players and staff as safe as possible.
- Gotcha. So I had season tickets...what do i do now?
Those who have purchased a full 38-game season ticket plan will have the full cost of their package credited to their account for use for a 2021 season, partial season, group, premium or single game ticket purchase for the 2021 Brooklyn Cyclones season. In addition, for those who have paid in full for the 2020 season, and choose to roll over their payments towards the 2021 season you will receive a 15% bonus credit. This means that if you paid your full $475 for the 2020 season, and choose to roll over your payment, there will be a credit of $546 in your account going forward. Those who roll over their paid in full accounts from 2020 for 2021 will also be entered into a drawing to win an authentic 2019 NYPL Championship ring. To start your roll over process, or to ask for a refund, contact Box Office Manager Nick Monteleone - ([email protected])
- What about my mini plan, or group tickets or the suite I reserved for my family?
Those who purchased partial season plans, group packages, picnic packages, luxury suites or rooftops, you will have the ability to roll over your payment from the 2020 season into a credit for the 2021 season with a 10% bonus credit added for game tickets for the 2021 season. Please contact your Cyclones Representative to begin the process of rolling over your payment towards 2021 or to begin the refund process.
Bonus credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and expires at the conclusion of the 2021 regular season.
- I don't know who my sales rep is. What should i do?
You can email us at [email protected] and we will have one of our staff members reach out to you and get the process started.
- Can i just come to the ballpark and do this in person?
Unfortunately, the ballpark is still closed and our staff is still working from home. The best option is to use e-mail or text message to contact the staff. We will let everyone know when we are back in the building and fully operational.
- So, what are you going to do with all those giveaways you had for this season? Can i buy them?
We will be able to carry over most of our promotional items to next season, so you'll be able to get your hands on them when we all get back together for a safe, and healthy, 2021 season.
- I had tickets for a rain out from 2019. Will i still be able to exchange them?
We will establish a policy for these very specific concerns once a schedule for the 2021 season is made. So stay tuned...
