PLAYOFF PRE-SALE FOR MINI PLANS STARTS FRIDAY

The calendar is closing in on September, and when you are talking about Brooklyn Cyclones baseball, that can only mean one thing…it’s playoff time! Once again, the Cyclones are in a prime position to make a run towards the New York-Penn League Championship and here is your chance to make sure you don’t miss any of the action.

Tickets for the 2012 New York-Penn League Playoffs will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, August 30th at 10:00 am but as a V.I.P. – Partial Season Plan Holder you will have a chance to purchase your tickets before anyone else. Beginning Friday, August 24th at 10:00 AM and running through Wednesday, August 29th you can CLICK HERE or call 718-507-TIXX and use the password that was mailed to you to reserve your seats for up to four postseason games at MCU Park this September.

All tickets for the 2012 postseason will cost just $10 (bleacher seats will not be available), and if you purchase your tickets during this exclusive pre-sale window, you will be entered for the chance to win an autographed game worn jersey or a team signed ball from the 2012 Cyclones squad. Plus everyone who comes to root on the Cyclones during the playoffs will have a chance to run the bases after the game!

Here is how the New York-Penn League playoff schedule will shape up:

NYPL Semi-Finals
  • Friday, September 7th – Game One
  • Saturday, September 8th – Game Two
  • Sunday, September 9th – Game Three (if necessary)
NYPL Championship Series
  • Tuesday, September 11th – Game One
  • Wednesday, September 12th – Game Two
  • Thursday, September 13th – Game Three (if necessary)

** The NYPL Championship Series would be moved up one day if both semi-finals end in two games.  Weekday games at MCU Park would begin at 7:00 pm, Saturday games at 6:00 pm and Sunday Games at 5:00 pm.**

If the Cyclones Win the McNamara Division they could have as many as four home games played at MCU Park (Games A,B,C,D). If they make the playoffs as the Wild Card, they would have a maximum of two games played on Coney Island (Games A,B). If you purchase tickets for a playoff game that is not played, your credit card will be refunded.
